Cooking positions

General Duties include:

  • Quality Control: priority is to be given to quality of food & food preparation. Ensure proper presentation of prepared food before leaving kitchen;
  • Food Safety: ensure/enforce proper use of containment center, food preparation, & rotation of product;
  • Speed & Efficiency: management/prioritization of the Order Board, creating new specials in a timely manner;
  • Coaching/Training: teaching junior staff different aspects of kitchen duties;
  • Food Preparation: preparing ingredients to cook;
  • Kitchen Maintenance: maintaining equipment, cleaning all areas of kitchen, completing other cleaning duties when working alone (i.e. washing dishes);
  • Creativity: create new special ideas, finding ways to make pannenkoeken look even more exciting;
  • Other related duties as requested by owner.

Current schedule will be Thursday to Sunday until we are fully staffed and then Wednesdays will be added back in.
