The potential candidate will be taught all positions in the kitchen (prep, expo, dishwashing, etc.) and eventually cooking, which means they must have a desire to learn how to cook. This is a position with room for growth, as skills are learned. 

Hours would be Friday and Saturday night from approximately 5pm to close with the potential of filling in for others, as needed. As time progresses hours may be increased as more skills are learned.

Duties Will Include: 

  • Maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, etc.
  • Following the prep list created by senior staff that plan duties
  • Ensuring quality of food before it goes out
  • Training to cook 
  • Assisting in any and all areas of the kitchen as needed 
  • Communicating with senior cook on shift and front staff regarding food, dishes, etc. 
  • Other kitchen duties as assigned. 


  • No experience required as we will train; however, kitchen experience would be considered an asset.
